Soo..I lost 7 lbs this past week.
How crazy is that? 7 lbs in ONE WEEK? I haven’t even been eating as healthy as I should have. I’ve been doing good all day but then when it comes to night I’ve been eating like shit.
But wow. 7 lbs. I’m just totally amazed. I hope I can eat better this next week and lose more :)
